Academic Administration - Cambridge Curriculum
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Academic Administrator to join our team. The Academic Administrator will work closely with the Academic Head and school management team to support and monitor the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum through effective data input, tracking, and reporting.

Key Purpose Statement
The Academic Administrator is to assist the Academic Head and School Management team in creating and using an appropriate LMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- ADvTECH IT Liaison for academic system support and School academic system support
- Responsible for data inputting, tracking, and assessment collation and processing to ensure accurate and up-to-date student learning records.
- Collaborate with School management and teachers to understand their teaching methods and provide insights based on student performance data.
- Using spreadsheets or other Learner Management Systems to create a longitudinal and detail tracking platform for assessment moderation.
- Maintain and organise assessment materials and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Generate reports and analysis on student progress to aid in curriculum development and instructional planning.
- Provide support and training to teachers on utilising assessment tools and data analysis techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Cambridge curriculum and assessment practices.
- Collaborate with other academic administrators and school leaders to ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum and assessment processes.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.
- Assisting in setting up, preparing for and reporting on tri annual grade meetings and producing parent report production.
- Conduct student surveys to ensure instructional delivery and quality of effective teaching and learning
- Administration of relevant components of CEMIS, STASY, TEAMS set up, ADvLEARN and D6 Communicator.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Education, administration, or a related field.
2. Experience working in an academic setting, preferably with Cambridge curriculum.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS TEAMS.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
